Manchester United gets the worst grade as Liverpool star Jamie Carragher rates every Premier League club in the half-yearly report

Former Liverpool Defender Jamie Carragher has given Manchester United an F grade in their half-year report. The Premier League season is almost halfway through and clubs are now preparing for the busy Christmas period. Carragher gave his former club Liverpool an A.

Carragher said he would have given Arne Slot’s side an A+ if they hadn’t dropped points at home Nottingham Forest and Fulham. Forest, managed by former Wolves coach Nuno Espirito Santo, received an A+ from Carragher for their impressive performances this season.

Liverpool currently lead the table with 39 points, as does Chelsea arsenal With 35 and 33 points, they are close behind in second and third place. Defending champions Manchester City received an E+ after losing six of their 17 games.

Manchester United have been extremely poor this season and are currently 13th in the league table. In the middle of the season they fired former coach Erik ten Hag and brought in Ruben Amorim from Sporting CP. However, the Portuguese are also having difficulties in the Premier League.

There are only four points between Liverpool and Chelsea Premier League Table

Liverpool and Chelsea are separated by just four points in the Premier League table, but the Reds still have a game in hand. Both teams are expected to fight for the title. Arsenal, in third place, are six points behind the Merseyside club having played a game more.

Carragher also spoke about Marcus Rashford’s repeated exclusion from the team and suggested his future at the club may be over. For Manchester City, Carragher said they desperately need a rebuild ahead of next season.
