Graham Potter may be the favorite to take over Premier League club West Ham, but the former Chelsea and Brighton manager has a new role in football.
Potter, 49, has been out of the game since leaving his role at Stamford Bridge in April 2023.
He has supposedly been asked is set to replace Julen Lopetegui at the Hammers, but announced a new, different role on Tuesday morning.

Potter co-leads the course for the Certificate in Football Psychology run by the Professional Footballers Association.
The course helps students develop leadership skills and is a special course for coaches and managers.
“Education has helped me become a better person and a better player,” Potter said.
“It is very exciting that the PFA is doing this and providing opportunities for improvement. I’m happy to support this. It is an investment in the present and the future. My degree was the foundation for my career in management.”
Potter made his name as a coach at Swedish club Östersund before spells at Swansea, Brighton and Chelsea.
