Tottenham are going through their worst spell under Ange Postecoglou and things won’t get any easier when Newcastle come to town.

The home team has been plagued by injuries, with players such as Guglielmo Vicario, Destiny Udogie, Micky van de Ven and Cristian Romero out long-term.

Additionally, the Australian head coach admitted that an illness virus hit the camp this week and left question marks on several other key players in the team.

The Magpies will be licking their lips in this game, but Spurs are the most unpredictable team in the Premier League.

Read on to see how both teams line up in N17.

Tottenham lineup

Ange deals with the cards he has, but for Spurs fans this lineup doesn’t make for good reading.

Brandon Austin makes his debut in goal after nine years at the club and will be supported by a back four of Djed Spence, Archie Gray, Radu Dragusin and Pedro Porro.

Pape Matar Sarr and Lucas Bergvall form a linchpin in midfield.

Dejan Kulusevski is in front, Timo Werner and Brennan Johnson occupy the outside areas.

Dominic Solanke leads the line.

Newcastle line-up

Newcastle have their own problems, but not on the scale of Tottenham.

Martin Dubravka is in goal and the defense consists of Lewis Hall, Sven Botman, Dan Burn and Lewis Hall.

The usual midfielder Sandro Tonali, Bruno Guimaraes and Joelinton will start.

Anthony Gordon and Jacob Murphy provide width for the Magpies.

And the in-form Alexander Isak is at the top for the guests.
