One of the most common things I hear from people is this:
“I’m tired of starting fitness again.”
You feel like you’re stuck in a loop:
- Let yourself be motivated to make a change
- Go all out with a new plan
- Life throws a curveball
- They get off track and feel like they have “failed”.
- Finally, muster the energy to try again

This cycle is exhausting. And although many people blame it on “laziness” or “discipline,” I have found that this is not true.
It’s mostly about a lack of clarity and support.
So I built something to break this loop.
I named it affectionately The “Stop Starting Over” Workout (I know, super creative. 😂)
It’s a short, full-body routine that you can do two to four times a week and has built-in options for:
- Days when you have a lot of time and energy
- Days when things feel wrong fine
- Days when everything burns
Same training.
Different dials that you can turn up or down.
You can catch up on the workout here:
Your order (should you accept it):
Try the workout sometime this week. 💪
Then email me back and tell me how it went. I read every answer.
