Fans of “Happy Gilmore“ received a present for Christmas when the trailer for “Happy Gilmore 2” was released.
A familiar face for football fans – Kansas City Chiefs Star Travis Kelce – appeared in the trailer.
“It’s nice to see you again, Mr. Gilmore,” Kelce said in the trailer, dressed as a golf club employee.

Adam Sandler during an appearance on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” in August this Kelce would appear in the film.
The sequel to “Happy Gilmore” will appear exclusively on Netflix in 2025.
Kelce is starting to venture more into acting after landing his first major show role on FX’s “Grotesquerie,” which aired in September.

On the field, Kelce has taken a step back this season but was still productive for the 14-1 Chiefs.
Kelce started every game and recorded 89 receptions for 739 yards and two touchdowns. Those totals are slightly below the 93 catches for 984 yards and five touchdowns he had in the regular season last year.
Kelce’s chiefs and the Pittsburgh Steelers play Wednesday in the NFL Christmas doubleheader on Netflix.

If the Chiefs win, they will clinch first place in the AFC and receive the crucial bye week in the wild card round of the year NFL playoffs.
The Chiefs and Steelers play at 1 p.m. ET and the Houston Texans and Baltimore Ravens play in the second game of the doubleheader at 4:30 p.m. ET.
