Zelensky calls for a “thorough investigation” into the crash of an Azerbaijani plane

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on Friday called for a “thorough investigation” into the Azerbaijan airline crash, citing “clear visual evidence” of Russian involvement. FRANCE 24’s Emmanuelle Chaze referred to the Malaysia Airlines flight MH17, which was shot down by separatist forces over eastern Ukraine in 2014, and said Zelensky is now calling for the same investigation into Wednesday’s incident.
