On the occasion of the World Buco-Dentaire 2025 Day, Haleon worked with the International Dental Federation (FDI) and the Moroccan oral prevention association to organize an event that is accommodated under the topic of “a healthy mouth, a healthy spirit”.
More than 200 dentists have gathered to examine challenges in connection with oral health in Morocco and discuss possible solutions.
“More than a third of the Moroccans at the age of five suffer from untreated cavities. Through our partnership with Haleon, we intend to strengthen prevention strategies, to inform the general public and to improve access to care. This initiative aims to strengthen access to education, prevention and care in a context in which 54 % of Moroccan adults suffer from dental hypersensitivity and have almost 20 % serious periodontal diseases.

The event also made it possible for the participants to experiment with a virtual reality simulator in order to improve the training and training as oral care. In addition, Haleon aims to train all Moroccan tooth experts by 2026.
