On Tuesday I made my long journey with my group west of Morgan Hill and around Uvas and Chesbro reservoirs with an out-and-back back to Rancho Canada del Oro Open Space on Casa Loma Road. We had a pleasant weather for it, even though we had a rather decent headwind in the legs in the south.
I drove with electrical assistant what works better for me nowadays (that was about 35 miles for me, including driving from and from the group trip from home). I am working on getting my driving length on my upright run. At the moment I can go a little more than an hour without problems, but sometimes my Si -Joint becomes a little moody when I push it longer. I don’t want to overdo it because it can go on an sciatic flare-up. So I add a little more to my upright sessions every week.
