Our team is continually impressed by our SPF community. All the women in this community gave their best and we are so proud of each and every one of you! You all came through this 6 week challenge so strongly and your inner and outer changes were INCREDIBLE!

Kim’s story:

“When I started Summer Shape Up I wasn’t feeling well because I had stopped working out and wasn’t eating healthy. I’ve done a lot of SPF challenges in the past, but I had stopped training for a while and wasn’t feeling at my best mentally or physically.”

“When I saw Summer Shape up starting, I decided to start fresh and develop a new healthy routine with exercise and healthy eating. The first week of SSU was the most difficult because I had to create a new routine, but once I got through it, it became easier thanks to the first week Move app, Hot Body Meal Planand the amazing LSF community that helps me stay motivated. I now exercise every morning and it has made a huge difference to my mental health. I struggle with anxiety and exercise helps me a lot.”

“I have come so far and have made healthier choices every day. I’m making progress every week and that’s all that matters to me. “I lost 7 pounds in this challenge, but I also achieved an off-scale victory because my clothes, which were once tight, barely fit anymore.” I went down from a size “Medium” to “S”. My greatest achievement is that I feel so grateful not only physically but mentally too Teamlsf because I know they are the ones who help me keep going through challenges and after.”

Morgan’s Story:

I still find it difficult to maintain a healthy lifestyle when my daily routine at home is disrupted. This year has really opened my eyes. I weighed myself in June after our trips and have never been so high on the scale. I was just overall tired and sluggish.

“The last 6 weeks have shown me that I can do so much more than I think. I’m sad that the challenge is over, but I still plan to come back and complete the app workouts in the future. The support of Team LSF and the community is unlike anything I have ever experienced in a gym, training class or online platform. I am so proud of all the girls who took part in the challenge. These girls inspired me to show up for myself every day. I love that we’re like a little online family.”

Jessie Story:

“This was the first time I ever participated in any kind of Love Sweat fitness workouts/challenges. I joined this MOVE app a week before the challenge and was blown away by how difficult but enjoyable the training sessions were. I bought that too Hot Body Diet Plan and the 14 days (Shape Up) a long time ago, like years ago, and had never followed it. But this time I decided to make them and I was blown away by how easy the meal plan was to follow. I love how you offer the easy swapping of carbs and fats and how realistic the meal plan is. I can still prepare meals with my husband in the evenings while still sticking to my goals.”

“I joined Goals gang About halfway through the challenge I felt like this really catapulted me into the community a bit more. The girls there are very motivating. It’s also really refreshing to see you, KatieInteract with us and provide Lil with treats along the way. I love the motivation and depth that goes beyond just the workout and meal plan. I think that’s what really sets your program apart from any other fitness program I’ve been a part of for years.”

“I just feel like, for the first time since my son was born two years ago, I’ve found a way to take time for myself, regain my body and my mental clarity and actually have fun doing it for myself again I honestly didn’t know if I would ever lose the baby weight and postpartum weight that I had gained in the three years of not really taking care of myself. The weight began to come off effortlessly. For me, it’s the meal plan that’s a game changer – the meals make sense from a nutritional perspective but are also so filling and I never felt like my eyes were being opened to a whole new way of life. As silly as that sounds, I know that by taking care of myself and feeling good, I feel like a better mother and I just feel motivated in all areas of my life now.”

For each challenge, we ask members to submit people who have motivated them and been a source of positivity and encouragement throughout the challenge.

Evey’s story:

“Not only do I struggle with anxiety due to exhaustion and long-distance work, but I am currently a physically single mother. Without the help of.” Team lsfI might have stopped training.

“Although I didn’t lose many pounds during this challenge, I gained strength and muscle and the ability to eat well and train through difficult challenges. I lost about 3 pounds. I’ve learned to eat right without restricting the foods I like to eat.” And without giving up my sweet tooth, I’ve learned that patience is key and that I can’t compare myself to someone who I think that he looks better than me, or that I don’t compare myself to my old body.

“This challenge showed me that it’s okay to change things when things get difficult, but that I need to always remember the ‘why’ so I don’t give up and fall out of the routine. I wouldn’t say, ‘I.’

“I used the SPF 14 days fit And HBMP while I was doing this challenge. I even brought my meal plans with me on my vacation up north. We received SO many amazing entries for this challenge that it was almost impossible to highlight just our grand prize winner, our runners-up and the Pink Heart recipient.
