Allison’s story:
“I have always struggled with my self-esteem. When I took my before photos, I had tears in my eyes looking at them. I was at my heaviest (even when I was pregnant). I didn’t recognize my own body and myself.” knew it was time to get serious and buckle up.
I knew I couldn’t make any more excuses, I had to change for myself and for my future health. So I followed that Move app Training sessions, complete each one. I joined the SSD Shining Stars & LSF Mamas accountability group. I remained determined to follow it 7 day weight loss & HBMPand followed a 40-day sugar fast with my sister.
I started the journey hoping and praying that I would be able to persevere and not give up. So many of the encouraging women in the LSF community have kept me going! The meal plans helped eliminate the planning and guess work. And I think that was the key to my success.
Not only did I become physically stronger, I also gained confidence! I have been struggling with anxiety, fatigue, migraines, dizziness and hormonal issues since 2020. Since changing my diet and moving my body, I have never felt better! I no longer have migraines, my anxiety is MUCH better, I have tons of energy (wake up at 5:30am) and my dizziness and hormonal issues are gone! SPF was the key to my return.”

Natalie’s Story:
“I gained over 35 pounds in my late 30s and hated every little thing about my body. I found it extremely difficult to change my habits and lifestyle. I had no plan or direction to change in. I was tired. Tired of feelings.” tired, tired of not leaving the house because I had nothing to wear, tired of feeling bad every day. This is when I decided to take part in the Spring Slim Down Challenge.
In just 6 weeks I have gained a confidence I didn’t know I had, I have found a new happiness in getting up early in the morning, I have gained an appreciation for my body and its capabilities, I have a new relationship with Him Through eating and nourishing my body, I have gained a community of so much support, love and encouragement, not to mention I have lost 9 pounds and my clothes fit so much better!
For me this is just the beginning! I’m committed to being my best self yet and for that I have Katie and the LSF team/community to thank. I am so grateful and proud to be where I am today. I feel strong, motivated and excited for more to come! Good things come to those who sweat!”

“I started this challenge as a fresh start for the new year to commit to training with Moving app every single day and keep a close eye on it HBMP. I also really wanted a support system for this challenge, so I started #teamlsfslay and these women motivated me incredibly and provided me with their support throughout the challenge. I don’t think I would have stayed as consistent without her! This challenge gave me the habit of exercising regularly and eating right.

Our Pink Heart Award goes to a member of the #teamLSF community who has not only stayed true to her own fitness journey, but has also been extremely encouraging to her fellow #teamlsf! For each challenge, we ask members to submit people who have motivated them and been a source of positivity and encouragement throughout the challenge.
Selena – Lost 11 pounds
“I have lost 17 pounds since I started Feel Good 14 Challenge.(I’ve lost 11 of them since starting SSD).
I followed a diet plan for over a month and now my husband and I are treating each other better nutritionally.
While it all feels incredible, this challenge was much less about achieving weight loss goals and more about cheering on the SPF girlies who have cheered me on in every past challenge.
My reason is to encourage others when they don’t believe in themselves or don’t receive encouragement from the people in their life and maybe even their dreams are given up.”

We received SO many amazing entries for this challenge that it was almost impossible to highlight just our grand prize winner, our runners-up and the Pink Heart recipient. We wanted to give a big shout out to these amazing members who have also experienced incredible transformations and heartwarming stories!

Lost: 5 pounds
“I decided to make a change/tweak if you will in regulating my workout times and sleep cycle. I started coming home at lunch to prepare my healthy meals at home and packing my workout clothes to take with me to change after work.” Going straight to the gym instead of at home helped me get to the gym sooner exercise, which causes me to eat dinner earlier and then sleep more. The last few weeks have been great and I have noticed a difference in my body and I can see my body is getting sculpted, snatched, slimmer!”

Lost: 11 pounds
“I fully committed to SSD and worked on my physical health, but more importantly my mental health, which in turn helped my physical health even more. This challenge was my first time using the meal plans and I really liked them. It was great to have a quick, easy and effective plan in front of me (just like that Move app for my exercises) so I didn’t have to constantly think about what to prepare for meals! I even found a few new favorites (salmon and Greek yogurt) before HBMP I didn’t know I liked it so much.
There will always be challenges, but I have overcome them day by day and will continue to do so. I am so grateful for the #teamlsf girls who encourage and support me. That’s what I love about these challenges – we can do it together!
In my opinion, the biggest success of SSD is that I FINALLY got into a rhythm of exercise and protein in the morning. I’ve been trying to get it to work for a long time and this time it actually stuck! Yay! I showed up every day and made small changes that were worth it, and I’m proud of my hard work and results.”

“I have participated in several of your challenges and I feel like this one has changed me the most. This time I did the hot meal plan for the body and I feel like I was able to implement my idea of healthy eating.” I was able to lose 6.5 pounds to 8 pounds now and since using this app I have lost 23 Pounds lost!”
