When will the rearranged game take place? New date, kick-off time, new TV channel
The final Merseyside derby at Everton’s Goodison Park, which hosted the first edition of the game 130 years ago, has been postponed until December 7th.
A lot has happened for both clubs since then, including the Toffees replacing coach Sean Dyche with David Moyes, who is now at the club for the second time.
The 245th meeting between the two teams has now been rescheduled and will be Moyes’ first derby since his return.
Here are the details of the rearranged Premier League match, including date, time, TV channel and live stream details.

When does Everton vs Liverpool take place? Date, kick-off time
The game will take place on Wednesday 12 February from 7:30pm GMT and will be both clubs’ first game after the FA Cup fourth round weekend.
That might suit Everton more as Moyes’ side play at home against Bournemouth in the second FA Cup game of the season, while Liverpool have to travel a round trip of around 600 miles to face Championship side Plymouth Argyle.

Everton vs Liverpool TV Channel, Live Stream
As with the original date, the game will be broadcast live on TNT Sports in the UK.
Fans can stream the action on a variety of devices via the Discovery+ app.
Why was the Everton vs Liverpool game canceled?
With Storm Darragh hitting Britain, an amber weather warning issued at 6am GMT on December 8, and winds of up to 70 miles per hour, authorities concluded there was a safety risk for the expected attendance of almost 40,000 fans be big.
“I think a lot of Everton players are hoping that this derby will be one last night under the lights at Goodison Park,” BBC Radio Merseyside’s Giulia Bould said Football focus at the time. This wish has now been fulfilled.

New date between Everton and Liverpool
The good news for Liverpool is that Argentine midfielder Alexis Mac Allister is likely to be available as he was suspended for the original date.
When the new date was announced on January 13th, Arne Slot’s team were six points clear at the top of the table and, due to the postponement, still had a game ahead of the teams behind them.
When the game was confirmed, Everton were one point above the relegation zone, and Moyes held his first press conference since returning to the club that same afternoon.
