From Monday afternoon, dangerous waves that reach a height of 4 to 6.5 meters will meet the street and the Atlantic coast between CAP Spartel and Tarfaya. These waves are accompanied by periods of 10 to 14 seconds, whereby the most important heights are expected from Monday to Tuesday, especially between Tanger-Med and CAP Spartel.
In addition to the waves, strong southwest winds on the Atlantic coasts between Cap Spartel and Essaouira will blow and then move to the street in the evening. The high tides that swing between 3.2 and 3.8 meters will take place in the early morning and at the end of the afternoon.
The improvement in the weather conditions is planned for Tuesday afternoon. The ministry recommends that the next weather reports get updated information about the situation.
