We select the best from CES and welcome your nominations
Every January, the world gets its first look at groundbreaking new technology products CES – the gigantic, industry-specific consumer electronics trade show in Las Vegas, hosted by the CTA.
For the 2025 show, CNET Group is partnering with the CTA as the official media partner of the Best of CES Awards. Based on input from our experts and editors, we will select the best products and services at CES and award them the official Best of CES award.
The CNET Group consists of a number of sister publications including CNET, ZDNET, PCMag, Crushable And Life hackerowned by the same parent company, Ziff Davis. With our market-leading combination of reach, experience and expertise as a coalition of unmatched technology experts, we will evaluate hundreds of products at CES this year and narrow it down to one winner in each of the following categories:
- AI
- Transport and mobility
- PC/laptop
- TV/home theater
- Smart home/home technology
- sustainability
- Play
- Wellness/Fitness Technology
- mobile
- Privacy and security
- Strangest/most unexpected
- Overall the best
To be eligible, a product or service must be an exhibitor at CES 2025 and meet at least one of the following criteria:
- Contains a compelling new concept or idea
- Solves a major consumer problem
- Is new or an update to an existing product that sets new standards in performance or quality
