A Celtic fan had a memorable evening after helping create a lovely post-match moment with Young Boys fans.
Joshua McLaughlin had just seen the Hoops secure a place in the Champions League play-off round after visitors defender Loris Benito scored an own goal four minutes from time to give Celtic a 1-0 win.
The goal came as a huge relief for Brendan Rodgers’ side after dominating most of the game at Celtic Park.
After the post-game celebrations had finally died down, McLaughlin went over to applaud the traveling fans, and the Swiss squad had him chant in return before a long round of applause.
The moment was shared widely on social media, with Young Boys also retweeting a post from Joshua’s father Kevin.

Joshua, a young Celtic fan, was at Celtic Park with his dad yesterday and after the game there was this sweet scene of Joshua waving with the entire YB curve. The BSC Young Boys fans then gave him a YB scarf.
