Rabat-die Moroccan police arrested a 28-year-old French-Algerian man on Friday who lived illegally in Morocco.
The arrest took place in Marrakech after the man ruthlessly drove, endangered public security and used a fake identity.
The Moroccan authorities also revealed that the suspect is being sought internationally based on a French arrest order.
According to a declaration by the Moroccan police, the suspect was seen how he drove his vehicle on the streets of Marrakech in an exhibitionist way and had endangered both his own security and that of others.
When the police tried to stop him, he refused to fulfill himself and later delivered false identity details.
Other checks showed that the suspect is switched on Interpol Listed list. It is sought by the French authorities for participating in serious crimes, including vandalism, kidnapping, illegal detention and murder threats as part of an organized criminal gang.
The suspect was temporarily imprisoned, while the authorities are preparing to send his case for delivery to France.
The police added that the arrest is part of the continuous efforts of Morocco to tackle dangerous driving and to work with international authorities to capture criminals that are cross -border.
