Vegetarian Timale-Gussseisenkuchen

Vegetarian Timale-Gussseisenkuchen

The vegetarian Version of the Comfort food Timal pie quickly comes together with beans in cans and frozen peppers, onions and corn. If you have no frozen peppers and onions, use the same amount of fresh vegetables and sauté it a little longer until it is tender. The recipe is adaptable, you can replace a can of beans with 8 ounces of boiled and drained beef wood meat or poultry if you want.

Bonus: Rinse and drainage of beans in canned food before use can remove about 40% of the sodium with which they are normally processed ((with which they are normally processed.1).
