Upf combines experts to rethink management and financing of UPF

Rabat – The private university Fez (UPF) has announced that academics, experts and experts from all over the world have been put together for the first edition of his international conference on management, innovation and finance, MIF25.

The two -day event will take place on April 23 and 24 university Professor Rachid Yazami Conference Center.

The conference is organized together with the Faculty of Legal, Economic and Social Sciences at Sidi Mohamed Ben Abdellah University, how organizations, economies and institutions react to a quickly changing world that is shaped by digital acceleration and environmental pressure.

MiF25 is looking for more than a scientific analysis. It opens up a room for critical dialogue, fresh ideas and concrete experiences about what it means to lead today, to manage innovative and responsibly.

Rethink innovation and responsibility

The conference builds on an interdisciplinary approach with seven core topics. Each reflects a challenge, technologically, economically or ecologically, which requires both managers and researchers serious attention.

An axis examines how sustainable innovation redesigns entrepreneurship in a digital context. Startups no longer only compete for creativity, but to use their ability to use responsible models in increasingly data -controlled environments.

Another topic focuses on management styles and guidance. Agile methods now appear as essential tools, not as a catchphrase, for the change. The speakers share teachers from real transitions, what worked, what failed and what remains unsafe.

Care chains also enter the limelight. If the industry moves towards automation and AI-affiliated logistics, the question of sustainability becomes more urgent. Sessions explore How intelligent technologies can help reduce carbon emissions and to support strategies for the circular economy.

Finances, cities and the digital consumer

MIF25 focuses on finances at the center of wider social shifts. The panels examine how green bonds, ethical investments and decentralized tools such as blockchain can contribute to fairer systems. There will also be a debate about ESG integration and the risks of digital funds.

Urban development also shows prominently. Since intelligent cities switch from the concept to reality, speakers will discuss how public-private partnerships shape sustainable infrastructures and how guidelines can promote more integrative and environmentally conscious urban growth.

Digital marketing rounds off the list of topics. In an age in which every click leaves a trail, experts reflect the strength and limits of branding, influence and consumer engagement via online platforms.

MiF25 tries to observe more than what UPF promised in his explanation. It invites the participants to form new ways of thinking about innovation, finance and governance.

Regardless of whether the focus is on a startup, a city or an academic institution, he emphasized, which remains together, how models are built up that react to today’s challenges without compromising tomorrow.
