Ukrainian Zelensky meets with key European leaders as Trump rises
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky held talks with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte and other European leaders on Wednesday aimed at obtaining immediate help to bolster Kiev’s war efforts and discussing longer-term security guarantees. The talks came as Ukraine finds itself on the defensive on the battlefield and amid uncertainty over future U.S. support as President-elect Donald Trump pushes for a quick end to the war.
