Ukraine says it murdered a top Russian general

Ukraine claims responsibility for the assassination of a top Russian general in Moscow. Lt. Gen. Igor Kirillov, who headed Russia’s chemical weapons unit, was killed when a bomb hidden in a scooter exploded as he left a Moscow apartment building. Haley Ott reports.
