Two U.S. Navy pilots were recovered alive after their plane was shot down over the Red Sea early Sunday in what the U.S. military called an “apparent case of friendly fire.” The military earlier said it had struck Houthi targets in Yemen, hours after the Iran-backed militia fired a rocket at Israel’s Tel Aviv commercial hub.
