Allison HolkerRevelations about her late husband Stephen tWitch Boss in a recent interview have angered his family members, including his cousin Darielle, who expressed her frustration on social media.
Darielle isn’t the only one who called out Holker during her interview, as The Real Housewives of Potomac alum Candiace Dillard also criticized her.
During the interview, Holker revealed that tWitch struggled with drug addiction and hid some painful secrets from her.

Holker’s interview with PEOPLE magazine causes great tension between her and her late husband’s family.
Following the interview, tWitch’s cousin Darielle reached out to X to share her thoughts under the outlet’s post. In one of her posts, she said she was tired of being silent and accused Holker of treating tWitch’s family badly.
Darielle wrote“I’m so tired of keeping my mouth shut, bro. You made our family so dirty.”
In another postDarielle claimed that Holker forced her and Twitch’s family to sign a non-disclosure agreement to attend his funeral and did not allow them to see his children.

She wrote: “Yes, I don’t know about a non-disclosure agreement. This crazy woman made me and his actual family sign a non-disclosure agreement just to even attend the funeral. Similarly, the television personality responded to the interview by blasting tWitch’s widow.
Dillard wrote“I won’t even say it. But this white woman will do anything but protect her black children and her black husband’s legacy. She could have kept this in her therapist’s office. SMH.”
When a fan suggested that Holker wanted to raise awareness about mental illness and substance abuse, Dillard responded replied“She (Holker) could have easily taken this story to Essence or Ebony, where they would have taken care to tell such a tragically intimate story about a black man’s plight against himself.”

Allison Holker shares a devastating discovery

Holker revealed she discovered a “cornucopia” of drugs and “other substances” hidden in her late husband’s shoeboxes while cleaning out the closet and picking out his funeral outfit.
She said: “It was a really triggering moment for me because I discovered a lot of things in our cupboard that I didn’t know existed. It was very disturbing for me to learn that so much was happening that I had no idea about.” (um).”
Although the discovery frightened Holker, it helped her process that tWitch “has been through so much and he’s been hiding so much, and that must have been a lot of shame.”

Holker says Twitch has struggled with so many hidden pains

Holker said she looked through tWitch’s diaries after his death to find clarity and closure. She found out that he… hid painful secrets from her.
In your opinion, tWitch had to process so much and tried self-medicating to deal with his feelings because he didn’t want to share the burden with anyone out of love for everyone.
She also revealed that he alluded to being sexually abused by a male figure in his childhood and “didn’t want other people to take on his pain.”
Holker said: “Reading Stephen’s diaries and even going back to the books he had read and the things he highlighted and highlighted really gave me a better perspective of where he was in life and the things he was dealing with had to fight. Holker hopes sharing tWitch’s struggles will help others

Holker, who has three children with the late witch, will release her memoir, This Far, in which she discusses her healing journey following her husband’s death. The book will be published on February 4th.
The mother-of-three explained: “It was really hard to put all the pieces together. Through certain conversations, even with friends and things that were said, reading through his diaries… you realize he went through a lot as a child and never experienced it.
Holker also hoped that someone who struggled in silence would be saved because she shared tWitch’s struggles.
She said: “It’s hard to believe he never opened up to anyone and wanted to face it and come through on the other side. I really hope that people who are struggling with the same thing come out of the shadows and (know) you.” “It’ll be okay.”
