Trinity Rodman apparently not found a father Dennis RodmanThe social media apology must be genuine.

“A joke. Just the answer. And the attention,” Trinity, 22, wrote via Instagram Story on Thursday, December 19, sharing a screenshot of Dennis’ comments. “I wipe my hands with it. I’m done. Thanks 👍.”

Earlier this week, the Olympic soccer star detailing their alienation by Dennis, 63, during an appearance on the “Call Her Daddy” podcast.

“He is not a father. Maybe related by blood, but nothing else,” said Trinity, Dennis’ daughter and ex-wife Michelle Moyerexplains during the episode. “We never really asked for anything unless we really needed it.”

She added: “I think he never understood the fact because he never experienced it. … He never understood that people just want to be around him and make him happy.”

See you Thursday, Dennis issued a social media response straight to Trinity.

“I’m sorry I wasn’t the father you wanted, but either way I tried anyway and I’m still trying and I’ll never stop. “I’m going to keep trying, even when you’re told not to answer my calls as an adult,” the NBA legend wrote on Instagram alongside old family photos. “I will try, even if it is difficult and takes a long time. I’m always here telling you all the time, whether it’s your voice or your voicemail, how proud I am.”

Dennis continued: “I always had one wish: I wished my children would call me and come to me. Hopefully I can do that one day. I’m here, still trying to answer the phone. You have my number. You see me calling, I’m still here, Dennis RODMAN – Dad.”

Dennis further noted that he was watching Trinity’s football games “all the time.”

“(I) actually flew in to watch you play and was told not to show up because I was with whoever instead and I just wanted to support you,” he claimed. “So I watched you from my hotel balcony just to make everyone happy. I love all my children.”

In addition to Trinity, Dennis has son DJ, 23, with Moyer and daughter Alexis, 36, with ex-wife Annie Bakes. He’s been open about it before his upbringing and lows.

“I think the only big demon I have right now is trying to convince myself that I’m a good father,” Dennis told ESPN in 2020. “It is very difficult for me to break out of this vicious circle. It’s just one of those things where I’ve never had anyone do that for me (being a father), and I sometimes think, “Why am I doing this for someone else?” Knowing that that’s my child, that is my wife or this is my mother, this is my sister and I have a hard time just being attracted to people who are close to me. It’s difficult even though I love her inside.”
