Nyika’s performance was almost non-existent as Opetaia raced through the round, landing clean shots and setting the pace. Nyika looked lost while Opetaia looked like she was ready to end the show. Result: 10-9 Opetaia.

Round 2 review: Nyika fights back (so to speak)
Nyika showed a hint of resistance and eventually fired a few shots herself. However, Opetaia rocked him late in the round and reminded everyone who was in charge. Nyika tried to respond, but the damage was done. Result: 10-9 Opetaia.
Round 1 review: Opetaia takes control early
Nyika came forward aggressively, trying to put pressure on the champion. Opetaia stood her ground and landed sharp punches to confidently end the opening round. Result: 10-9 Opetaia.
Undercard results
Justis Huni stops Shaun Potgieter in round two!
Huni wasted no time and continued his aggressive attack at the start of the second round. With Potgieter cornered and unable to defend himself against Huni’s barrage of punches, the referee intervened and ended the fight. Huni moves impressively 12:0 record with this confident performance.
Round 2: The South African simply couldn’t take Huni’s pressure. Huni landed clean shots with ease, forcing the referee to intervene and call off the game. A clinical degree from the Australian.
Round 1: Huni came out strong, landing heavy body shots early to set the tone. Potgieter was quickly pushed to the ropes as Huni threw a series of punches. While Potgieter managed to stay on his feet, he was dominant 10-9 round for Huni.

Max McIntyre (6-0-0) claims the vacant position IBF youth super middleweight title with a 4th round TKO above Abdulsalam Saman (8-1-0). Saman was there for 10 rounds… well, at least in spirit.
Ben Mahoney (14-0-1) keeps his spotless file and takes it home with him IBF Pan Pacific super welterweight title with a unanimous decision above Fan Zhang (8-2-1). Zhang tried, but Mahoney treated him like a sparring partner for ten rounds.
Teremon Jnr (5-0-0) destroyed Osasu Otobo (11-1-1) with a 1st round KO. Try using “heavy hands” as Jnr Otobo barely gave time to unpack his gloves.
Taylah Gentzen (6-0-0) she suffers first ever defeat above separate decision after 10 exciting rounds against Shauna Browne (4-0-0). It looks like “Gentzen the Unbeaten” couldn’t handle Browne’s undefeated charisma. Good luck next time, champ!
Tony Ingram (6-0-0) suffered his first defeat by unanimous decision thereafter 8 exciting rounds… getting thrown out by Runqi Zhou (8-2-1).
