\Week 3 of our Spring Slim Down Challenge is here and we know it can be easy to stray a little from your goals. So here are 5 tips to help you stay motivated and keep your goals on track!
1. Plan ahead
One of the best ways to stay on track with your workout is to schedule it into your day. Write them down or add them to your calendar and block off free time so you are motivated to get your workout in every day.
2. Food preparation
Set aside some time for this every week Food preparation + have healthy snacks on hand. That way, when you’re in a pinch, you’ll be equipped with nutritious options instead of reaching for the unhealthy options in your pantry.
3. Mix up your workouts
Don’t get stuck in a training rut! Keep things interesting by adding variety to your daily workout. Try different types of workouts in the video library in our MOVE app. From HIIT to yoga, everything is included!
4. Find a workout partner
Having a workout partner makes it more fun and motivating to stay on track with your daily workouts. This could be a family member, a close friend, or an SPF baby! We also strongly believe that accountability groups play a key role in keeping you motivated through our challenges. It’s never too late to join or start one!

5. Reward yourself
Don’t forget to celebrate your progress along the way! Set small goals and reward yourself when you achieve them. Treat yourself to a new workout outfit, a self-care day, or a fun activity you enjoy. These rewards can help keep you motivated and motivated to continue your journey.
