American actress Tia Mowry recently opened up about her co-parenting and life as a single mom in a recent Instagram post.
Tia, in particular, never hesitates to share intimate details about her personal life with fans, ever since she became a single parent.
The mother of two was married to her ex-husband Cory Hardrict for 14 years before announcing their split in October 2022.

Tia Mowry admits co-parenting during the holidays can be “lonely.”
On Monday, Tia posted pictures of herself and her children, son Cree (23) and daughter Cairo (6) on her Instagram page.

The 46-year-old mother admitted: “As a single mother, I sometimes feel the weight because our family doesn’t look like others.”
However, she noted that it is okay to be different as it does not mean they are less. She said the most important thing is to “keep the traditions alive” for her children because they remain a family no matter what.
Tia concluded her post with a message to those “dealing with co-parenting or a new chapter” during the holiday season.
She wrote: “Know that you are not alone. There is joy, even in the transitions. Let’s continue to create these special moments for our children no matter what.”

Tia Mowry admits that “being alone” was the hardest part of her divorce
On September 20, a teaser for We TV’s “Tia Mowry: My Next Act” was released in which Tia confessed the difficulties she faced afterward her divorce from Hardrict.
