The US judge signals Trump could have violated the court regulation

Rabat -lawyers who represent Venezuelan migrants who are accused of being part of the Tren de Aragua gang asked the US Obersten Court on Tuesday, April 1, to extend the temporary block for President Donald Trump by using 1798 extra -curricular trade.

The Trump government had asked the court to raise the block in March. A letter of 514 pages submitted by the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) and democracy on behalf of the migrants, which is the only protective measure that prevents it from being sent to El Salvador’s mega-prison, “without seeing a kind of procedural protection.”

According to the submission, migrants who have already been sent to Venezuela were “locked up, in one of the most brutal prisons in the world in which torture and human rights violations are widespread”.

Trump described the Tren de Aragua gang in February as a terrorist organization and then used the law on Alien Enemies from 1798 to justify the arrest and deportation of over 130 immigrants on a single weekend in March, and accused them of the gang affiliation. The President grants the War Act, which has not been practiced in the United States since the Second World War, the President’s broad authority in order to rule out foreigners that are regarded as “foreign enemies”.

In March, the ACLU and democracy asked for the use of the law by the administration and argued that it was used incorrectly. They indicated that “it cannot be used against nationals of a country with which the United States are not in war, which has not penetrated the United States and has not introduced any predatory idea to the United States”.

Although the federal judge James E. Boasberg quickly issued a 14-day injunction that prevented the deportations in the context of Trump’s guideline, the administration claimed that 137 migrants had already been excluded before the arrangement came into force.

During a court hearing on April 3, judge Boasberg said that the Trump government gave a “fair probability”. However, he stated that he would probably wait until the following week to decide whether the White House was in the contempt for the court’s contempt.

The Trump government repeatedly attacked Boasberg and accused him of exceeding his authority. Trump even demanded his office survey, while some of his top helpers went so far to publicly slander him on television and to accuse him of being “wrong” only to maintain the proper law.

In a court registration on Monday, March 31, the administration admitted that a migrant with protected status had been wrongly deported to El Salvador. However, it was argued that the Court is not responsible to order his return from the high -security prison in which it is now being recorded.

The US government’s lawyers admitted that the person, Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a Salvadoranian citizen, was deported due to an administrative error. “Although ICE was aware of his protection against El Salvador, Abrego Garcia was removed due to an administrative supervision,” says the submission.
