Robin van Persie has returned to his former Club Feyenoord as a new coach after a deal was reached to dismiss him from his position in Heerenveen.
The 41-year-old Dutch signed a contract until June 2027 and is accompanied by assistant coach Rene Hake, who worked shortly under Erik Ten Hag at Manchester United.
“Everyone knows how special my bond is too Feyenoord,” said Van Persie.
“I am enormously looking forward to working with the players together with a strong staff and achieving success together.”

Dennis Te Kloese, General Manager of Feyenoord, said Van Persie had equipped the coach’s profile you were looking for.
