The Foreign Exchange Office published Circular No. 1/2025 on Thursday on measures to relax and simplify travel regulations for study abroad.

The aim of this circular, which can be viewed on the website of the Foreign Exchange Office, is to relax and simplify the provisions of the foreign exchange regulations for study trips abroad as part of the consolidation of the convertibility regime in this regard.

The said circular has been developed with a participatory and inclusive approach and provides for a series of facilitation and flexibility measures to best support people
