Last Thursday, the CGEM organized the third edition of the TPE PME meetings, which focused on the “Finance Act 2025 and the organic draft law on striking law”.
Under the direction of Meriem Zairi, President of the Entrepreneurship Commission and Yassine Karim, Vice President of the Cemmerce and Services Federation, this event emphasized the consequences of these texts to TPME.
Abdelmejid Faiz, Vice President of the Tax Commission and Customs, explained the main provisions of the law, while Hicham Zouanat, President of the Cemn Social Commission, presented the draft law on striking law in order to compensate for the right parties.
In addition, this meeting offered entrepreneurs the opportunity to ask questions and to better understand the effects of these laws and at the same time make it easier to exchange exchange in order to improve the competitiveness of very small companies/pmes.
