The sauna blanket
The HigherDOSE sauna blanket is a portable version of an infrared sauna for home use. It uses infrared heat (which warms your body from the inside out, rather than the other way around) along with healing tourmaline crystals, clay, and a layer of charcoal (all of which create negative ions). I use this Pemf Go Mat Every day at least once in the morning for meditation/prayer and later when I just need a moment to switch off and recharge. Red light face mask
The HigherDOSE red light face mask can be used for short-term skin goals or as part of a daily routine.
