The National Authority for the Electricity Ordinance (ANRE) confirmed the accounting of the activities of the National Office for Electricity and Drinking Water (OneE) during its Wednesday council.
This decision, which results from a collaboration between Anre and the Onee, aims to ensure the transparency of the costs and prepare the independence of the manager of the National Transport Electrical Network (GRT).
In accordance with Law No. 48-15, this separation requires the definition of the scope of the various activities of the onee and the rules for the crediting of the costs and guarantees strict dissociation to avoid a subsidy. In addition, the ANRE will also set up surveillance mechanisms to ensure the effective use of this separation.
