The Moroccan Capital Market Authority (AMMC) announced the registration of West Capital Partners Sarl Company as a Financial Investment Advisor (CIF). This authorization allows him to carry out consulting activities in management and financial engineering in accordance with category No. 2 defined by circular No. 01/20 of the AMMC.
West Capital Partners will therefore be able to support organizations and companies that publish public savings in financial management and financial engineering. The approval also includes advice during IPO operations as well as assistance to companies in post-assessment development.
With this registration, the AMMC strengthens its role of capital market regulation by taking care of the supervision of the actors of the Financial Investment Council. This decision is part of a dynamic aimed at ensuring the transparency and security of financial transactions in Morocco.
The registration of West Capital Partners as a CIF marks a new phase for the company, which can now offer its specialized services to companies and investors. This status allows it to play a key role in supporting strategic financial operations in the Moroccan market.
