On the occasion of the international day for women’s rights, the Moroccan capital market authority (AMMC) confirmed its commitment to parity within its organization. The authority has 53% of women under their workforce. These also prove 44% of the positions of responsibility, underlining them. The AMMC ensures that this parity is respected at all levels of the authorities, especially on the Board of Directors. These figures confirm the social commitment of the AMMC in order to ensure an increasingly integrative and more fairer work environment.
