Daredevil: Reborn
Matt Murdock (Charlie Cox) has been through a lot in the last decade: a Netflix series that was unceremoniously canceled after three seasons; then a reboot series at Disney got a big reboot after several episodes had already been filmed; and a writers’ strike that delayed the project even further. Good thing this guy has superpowers and Cox was busy with a cameo to keep his Daredevil in the conversation Spider-Man: No Way Home and appearances in She-Hulk And echo (plus the above and upcoming ones Your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man ). Expect Murdock’s blind lawyer to kick ass in the courtroom and beyond as he takes on notorious New York crime boss Kingpin (Vincent D’Onofrio).

Drug thief
Brian Tyree Henry trades Atlanta for Philadelphia and comedy for drama in this limited crime series based on Dennis Tafoya’s 2009 novel of the same name. Ray (Tyree Henry) and Manny (Wagner Moura) are longtime friends whose favorite way to get drugs is to pose as DEA agents and rob local drug dealers. But when they decide to carry out their crimes outside of town, they don’t realize that the “small-time” dealers they thought were targeting them actually happen to be part of one of the country’s largest and most dangerous criminal enterprises. Oops.

Stranger Things
It’s been a long time since we’ve seen the kids from Hawkins, Indiana. So long that calling them “children” might be a bit of an exaggeration. Almost a decade after its debut in the summer of 2016, Stranger Things is back with its fifth and final season. As usual, the Duffer Brothers are keeping the most important details of the upcoming season under wraps. What we know is this The Terminator ‘s Linda Hamilton will join the cast; that it takes place in the fall of 1987, a year after the events of the fourth season; and that the final episode (there are eight in total) is titled “The Rightside Up,” which makes it seem like a happy ending is in sight.
