Team news confirmed as the Magpies chase a record tenth successive win
Newcastle hosts Bournemouth open the Premier League weekend with an important clash between European rivals.
Both teams have performed impressively this season, with the in-form Magpies winning their last nine games in all competitions to move into the top four. A tenth win in a row would be a club record for the Geordie side.
Andoni Iraola’s Cherries are also surprise contenders for a European spot this season and are looking to maintain their own ten-match unbeaten run.
Check out the team news below for Saturday lunchtime’s kick-off at St James’ Park.
