In 2024, the Tanger Tétouan-Al-Hoceima region recorded a school quota of 95.9 % in children aged 6 to 11 and marked a slight increase compared to 2014 (94.6 %) and almost a in-law between girls and boys.

With regard to access to technologies, the differences between urban and rural areas are important: If 92 % of urban people have a telephone, only 2.1 % of rural people have a computer. In addition, women are somewhat behind in all digital uses compared to men.
