The Prefecture of the Tanger-Assilah announced that the use of biometric trust permits from February 1 will only be replaced for taxi dates and thus replaces paper permits.
This initiative aims to modernize and digitize the taxis sector in accordance with a partnership agreement between the prefecture, the prefecture council and the local council in cooperation with professional unions.
Note that three points are set: at the Tangier bus station, at the taxi of the road to Tetouan and at the Assilah bus station.
In addition, a specialized company will be responsible for monitoring this transition to biometric permits and the equipment of the score with modern technologies.
