Sunshine and fog ā€“ Bionicoldguy

We had a few days of sunshine last week, so I got some good trips. On Tuesday, my group around Chesbro and Uvas reservoir rode with a back on the Casa Loma road. After Casa Loma there was a long distance on the Uvas road. Flat with a few gentle hills and a tailwind recycled heaven!

My replacement electro -assistant kit arrived on Wednesday. Last November Swytch We had a great sale of ā€œBlack Fridayā€ and I was able to buy a replacement kit with two batteries. I thought of getting replacement batteries anyway, and that didnā€™t cost much more than the batteries would normally cost. Now I have a replacement if my current engine ever spends it, and in the future I could help a different bike if necessary. At the moment I was happy to get the additional batteries that extend my area considerably. I tested this on Friday and Saturday with longer trips and found that I can now drive more than 3 1/2 hours with assist or more than 50 miles. The Sunshine Party was over on Saturday, which was very foggy. Then the rain arrived yesterday morning, so I cut my trip shorter and ended the stationary bike inside. Rain should be there for the next few days.

On Saturday in the Coyote Ridge Open Space at the head of the Malech Road. This should be a good panorama of the Santa Cruz Mountian, but there was too much fog.
