Before the 24-hour with a friendly foundation, Faulkner said that students who resisted Kirk threatened to paint the mural on Tuesday at 6 a.m. According to Faulkner, the stone was devastated for the first time on Tuesday at 11 a.m.
“We told him that he had to wait until 5,” said Faulkner. “He said, ‘This is just a courtesy. I don’t have to do anything for your fascists.’ He insulted one of our military members and called Nazis.
Faulkner told Fox News Digital that some of her friends were not only harassed, but also “bodies” checked “and colored them and the police informed them that this had not increased on the arrest.
“On Tuesday morning, UNCW is aware of a situation with Spirit Rock,” said the school in an explanation. “According to the university police, students were addressed around the rock of students who wanted to re -paint the rock. It started as a conversation, but became confrontative when the students who wanted to revise the rock poured color onto the rock.”
“Some students tried to prevent this action, and in the process some of them were sprayed with color. No arrests were made with regard to this incident,” this took. “The UNCW police advised the students who were concerned about possible assault to submit a police report.”

Faulkner, who also acts as a secretary of the UNCW turning point in the USA chapter, says that the students who support Kirk ultimately stopped defending the mural from painting out of concern for their security and the situation that Kirk supported.
“We still think that it is worth getting up, but instead of painting it, we decide to react differently,” said Faulkner. “We bring worship music, signs that say: ‘I’m Charlie Kirk’, and we pray and sing. We want to live like Charlie – spread the gospel, respect the freedom of speech and be present.”
Faulkner added: “None of us have retreated. I think God gave us courage and peace. We want conversations, no violence. We want to pick up the microphone where Charlie left it, but the other side is not ready. They do not want a division or violence, but then there are actions. Our snack is – we are open, but they will not speak.”
Faulkner told Fox News Digital that she was not satisfied with how the university dealt with the situation and that they “have to do more to protect us”.

“I know that the people who were caught in the crossfire, our members, who were captured in a crossfire, have the legal right to raise charges, and I don’t think it was fair that Upd informed them that they did not do it,” said Faulkner.
“And I sent an e -mail last Wednesday when Charlie said that many of our members do not feel safe on the campus, especially after what happened. And I was told that they are absolutely safe. Nobody will come after them … And then that happened to us that we told us with a shame as they have.
Another student who spoke to Fox News Digital also expressed the feeling that the school should have done more to prevent the situation.
“Many of the students here, including me, are angry, but at the same time our hearts hurt for these lost souls,” said Brendan Chafin, a student at UNCW and member of the Tpusa and College Republicans.
“We only want the school to have the challenges for the Christian conservative students and take measures against the students who have attacked the monument and conservative students. This must be done immediately to show that hate and violence against Christian conservatives do not belong on campus or in our society.”
