I have carried out fitness and wellness challenges on my blog from the start, and every year they develop into something else and better than in the previous year. This is 100% thanks to all of them: their support and their common motivation with each other, check-ins and great comments keep this thing going. They help each other on the ways to their goals, and as their cheerleader from the sidelines, it is heart -heated and inspiring.
What is the spring -striker -Wellness challenge?
What to expect:
We rock on Monday, April 21st.
If you register, everything will be delivered to your inbox: 2 weeks of workouts + video tutorials, weekly plans and guidelines for structuring your week, the recipe package and a complete two-week menu for healthy nutrition inspiration. You can start with us on April 21st or if you are ready now, start whenever you want!
Your goal is to complete 10 workouts in 14 days, to take the wellness tidbits that I share every day in your inbox and see what works for your life. My goal is that you feel energetic and amazing – progress in work and dynamics.
How to commit yourself for success:
Collect your supplies.
You need the following tools for a successful challenge:
1) A notebook or tracking tool (app) on your phone.
I like to kick the old school and write down my training and my life in a notebook. Find what works best for you and practice this week, your meals, training sessions, water absorption and how you feel every day. If you plan to follow your macros, download my fitness PAL or chronometer.
2) dumbbells.
The workouts will only be dumbbells and body weight, which means that you can do it anywhere at any time. For beginners I suggest that £ 3-5 starts, intermediate products 8-15 LBS and 15 LBS +.
Find a challenging weight for you and consider to invest in a light and difficult sentence. You will use your light set for your smaller muscle groups (such as triceps) and heavy for the larger muscle groups (e.g. back and legs).
3) A large old water bottle.
This will be your props for the challenge (and we will be real, it will be roasted out there. We have to hydrate!). Find a one you like and get ready to carry him around with you everywhere!
4) Good sneakers.
If your shoes are in your (literal) last leg, it’s time for a new couple. Make sure you have comfortable, functional sneakers that suit you well. My sneakers are Vivobarefoot.
5) A training buddy.

6) they start to get their motivation going.
Festival your intentions or create an inspiration board. If you want to prefer to write everything out, take a few minutes to achieve how you want to feel when the challenge is over. Why do you want to change your routine? What is not working at the moment? How do you want to feel in two weeks? What do you want to achieve? Pump for success!
Friendly memory that this challenge is not involved in weight loss. It is about getting back into a routine, bringing your current routine to the next level, creating healthy habits and feeling amazing. If weight loss, muscle building or fat loss are part of your goal, I will also support you with it!
