Sia Paris 2025: Morocco and France strengthen their cooperation in Agrickital

Morocco as a country in the spotlight of the International Agricultural Show (SIA) in Paris has signed a partnership with France to promote innovation and transfer of know-how in digital agriculture.

This cooperation between the “digital farm” and the digital pole of the Moroccan Ministry of Agriculture aims to strengthen the exchange of experiences and to energize the Agritech sector.

Loubna El Mansouri, director of the digital pole, emphasized the importance of this initiative to optimize production with fewer resources and integrate technologies such as artificial intelligence or even big data. Justine Lipuma, Vice President of the Digital Farm, said that concrete projects are being developed, one of which is presented at the International Agriculture Show in Meknès.

For his part, agricultural minister Ahmed El Bouari recalled Morocco’s commitment to digitization as part of the “Green 2020-2030” strategy.

In addition, the discussions also focused on the exchange of technologies, training in Agritech and the improvement of the access to the financing of sector startups.
