Sarah Michelle Gellar’s overnight stay oats
Portions: 1 serving
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of rolled oats
- ½ cup of fat -free milk
- ¼ cup of fat -free, simple Greek yogurt
- 2 TL chia seeds
- ½ tablespoon of maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons of chopped almonds
- ½ banana, cut
- ⅓ cup of blueberries
Instructions:
- Mix oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup and vanilla in a glass or bowl. Cover and cool overnight.
- To serve with almonds, bananas and blueberries.
