Russia arrests Uzbek suspect in killing of chemical weapons general

Russia said it arrested a suspect on Wednesday who confessed to planting the bomb that killed Lt. Gen. Igor Kirillov outside his home. The Uzbek suspect said he was acting on orders from Ukraine.
