“Rou’ya”, the ESAS avatar for dynamic communication

The Economic, Social and Environmental Council (EESC) launched “Rou’ya”, its first digital avatar, designed in an educational and interactive way through which the issues were addressed by the Council. This initiative aims to modernize institutional communications and make their missions more accessible to the public.

Through animated videos and engaging visual content, EESC seeks to capture the attention of a wider audience, especially young workers on social networks and digital platforms. This interactive format allows the Council’s main recommendations to be explained in a simplified way and promotes better appropriation of economic, social and environmental issues.

This project is part of a broader digitalization of EESC communications. It completes the tools already implemented, such as the participatory platform “ouchariko.ma” and the regular distribution of multimedia content aimed at strengthening citizen engagement.

With “Rou’ya”, the EESC aims to build a more fluid dialogue with citizens and adopt best practices in institutional communication. The aim is to encourage active participation in the Council’s reflections and to promote a better understanding of the issues raised in its reports and opinions.
