The employers exchanged on Wednesday, February 5, 2025, with the members of the General Confederation of Business in Morocco (CGem) from Souss-Massa. During this meeting, chaired by Chakib Alj, the President of the Ceme, in particular by Driss Bouti, the President of the Cema Souss Massa, the focus was on the need to accelerate the dynamics of the investment in the region and the creation of jobs. The discussions have also focused on the priorities of companies in the region, in particular TPMEs, namely facilitating access to financing, the formation of human capital and the simplification of the administrative procedures.
The President of the CGEM and the participants in this meeting also examined the promotion of investments in order to accelerate the creation of jobs and the added value in the region. In this sense, Chakib ALJ has prompted the local operators to use the investment chores whose system that TPME is devoted to will soon be launched. He also remembered the commitment of the CMEM for the support of companies in the face of all current topics and argued in particular for a balanced labor law and for the reform of vocational training.
The Souss-Massa remains an important territory for economic activity. The region weighs 6.6% of GDP Morocco and Starts particularly in the sector for agricultural, fishing and tourism. She stands up as the one PRAgricultural Production Basin -Agricultural Production and plays an important role in nutritional security and exports.
