Regarding the not classified streets, Mr. Laftit pointed out that 4,572 km experienced maintenance and development work. With regard to the financial assembly of this program, the minister emphasized that it was distributed between the regional councils up to 20 billion DH or 40%, the rural development fund and the mountain areas up to 10.5 billion DH (21%), the Ministry of Equipment and Water up to 8 billion DH (16%) and the national initiative for human development (IndH) up to 5 billion DH (8%). Also contributed to this program at 2 billion DH.

Construction of the results of this program since its introduction in 2017 said LAFTIT said that a total of seven annual regional action plans for the development of rural and mountainous areas with a global budget around 49.25 billion DH or 99% of the total program budget, taking into account all sources of financing. According to the minister, the assigned loans were divided up to 18.87 billion DH of a total of 19.89 billion DH (94%) with almost 45.77 billion DH or 90% of the corresponding credits on the regional councils. At 19.28 billion icon of 23.3 billion DH (83 %), the IndH with 4.1 billion DH of 4.08 billion DH (+100 %) and the Onee with 3.52 billion DH of a total number of 2.56 billion DH planned or 137 %.

In the period 2017-2023, the committed credits reached around 43.5 billion DH or 96% of the assigned credits, while payments exceeded over 32.2 billion DH or 74%, and the minister added that regional engagement between 90% in 90% in a region Fès-Meknès and 99% in the regions Rabat-Salé-Kénitra and Laâyoune-Sakia el Hamra. The payment rates vary between 68% in the regions of Drâa-Filalet and Guelmim-Outen-Nomas and 96% in the Dakhlaed Ed-Dahab region.
