Manchester United booked her place in the last 16 of the Europa League with a 2-0 win over FCSB.
The goals of the second half of Diogo Dalot and Kobbie Mainoo showed the difference when the Red Devils checked the trial against their Romanian hosts.
The first half was a cage affair in which United has, but it fought to reduce well-organized FCSB defense.
The visitors made some decent openings, with Rasmus Hojlund testing goalkeeper Tarnovanu and Christian Eriksen, who fired half a volley directly onto the shooting stop.
However, it was FCSB that came closest to the Deadlock when Popescu Radunovics Kreuz hit with a slipping salva, just to see his efforts to see on the long post.
United increased the pressure after the break and demonstrated Alejandro Garnacho and Amad Diallo to give an urgently needed attack spark.

Within a few minutes, Garnacho was just a few centimeters away from the goal and plunged on a loose back pass before he saw his low-shot clip on the post and rolled at the back.
Moments later Bruno Fernandes rattled the crossbar with a breathtaking long -haul strike.
The breakthrough finally arrived in the 60th minute. Diallo made a short throw -in in Mainoo, which turned intelligently and slapped a dangerous ball over the goal. Dalot came home at the back post and gave United the lead.
FCSB hit almost spectacular, with Birigeas curling effort defeated the goalkeeper of United Altay Bayindir, but crashed against the crossbar.
Mainoo then sealed the victory in the 68th minute with a well -closed goal. The young midfielder began to move and spread the ball far to Garnacho before he undergone in the box to hit the Argentinian cut. With serenity beyond his years, he struck the ball past Tarnovanu and secured all three points for United.
Despite the late efforts by FCSB, including a viewing header from Birigea, who was saved well by Bayindir, visitors looked comfortable for the remaining minutes.
With this victory, Manchester United extends her unbeaten run in the group stadiums of the Europa League to seven games. The Red Devils are now looking at the knockout phases, whereby trust is growing when they pursue European cutlery.
