Hello friends! How are you doing?? I hope you have a great week! We are busy doing the homeschool things and I’m looking forward to a Peloton class this afternoon. I hardly drive it anymore and try to justify membership. Has anyone eliminated their Peloton membership and continued to cycle without the classes?

Today I wanted to eat this updated post about volume and share some of my favorite recipes with a high volume and taste, but are still light and refreshing.

Have you ever finished a meal and you hardly feel eaten? You’re not alone. If you try to eat a little easier, hunger can sneak up quickly and it is not fun. That’s why I love high volume and low -calorie recipes. You can eat generous portions with which you feel full and happy without overdating to calories and feeling that you need a nap afterwards.
