Raspberry smoothie bowls with pears and pistachios

The Smoothie Bowl is a nutritious breakfast that tastes like dessert. Liven up your workout with this creamy, fruity and colorful blend of pureed raspberries and yogurt with the crunch of pistachios.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups (613 g) 0% plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 medium frozen banana
  • 1 cup (150g) frozen raspberries
  • 2 tbsp (21 g) chia seeds
  • 1 cup (140 g) sliced pears
  • 1/4 cup (38 g) fresh blueberries
  • 2 tbsp peeled pistachios, chopped

Directions

Place yogurt, banana, raspberries and chia seeds in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Divide between two low bowls and top with the pear slices, blueberries and pistachios. Serve immediately.
