The Smoothie Bowl is a nutritious breakfast that tastes like dessert. Liven up your workout with this creamy, fruity and colorful blend of pureed raspberries and yogurt with the crunch of pistachios.
Raspberry smoothie bowls with pears and pistachios
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups (613 g) 0% plain Greek yogurt
- 1 medium frozen banana
- 1 cup (150g) frozen raspberries
- 2 tbsp (21 g) chia seeds
- 1 cup (140 g) sliced
pears - 1/4 cup (38 g) fresh blueberries
- 2 tbsp peeled pistachios, chopped
Directions
Place yogurt, banana, raspberries and chia seeds in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Divide between two low bowls and top with the pear slices, blueberries and pistachios. Serve immediately.
