Thousands of Moroccans showed again this Sunday in Rabat in favor of Palestine. During a rally, these demonstrators expressed their solidarity with the population of the Gaza Strip and claimed the end of the normalization of diplomatic relationships between Morocco and Israel.
In the casting of Regen, they showed themselves in the streets of the capital in the call of the “National Action Group for Palestine”, a coalition that brought together several political organizations, including the Islamist party of justice and development (PJD).
This new mobilization takes place one week after an earlier rally, which marked an intensification of protests in the country since the resumption of the offensive of the Israeli army on March 18 against the Islamist Hamas movement after two months of ceasefire in Gaza.
According to the Hamas Ministry of Health, more than 1,570 Palestinians have been killed since this date.
